Janine Gawryl

Attorney Janine Gawryl graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 1977, and was admitted to practice in the New Hampshire state and district courts that same year. She has been practicing in Nashua since 1983 and has been a principal of the law firm of Gawryl MacAllister & O'Connor (formerly Richards, Gawryl & MacAllister) since 1989. Attorney Gawryl’s primary practice areas are litigation, including workers’ compensation, ERISA claims, social security law, and personal injury. She was one of the first New Hampshire attorneys to be selected by the Superior Court to the original mediator for the court’s Rule 170 mediation program. Attorney Gawryl has served on numerous New Hampshire Bar Association committees, and is a member of the NH Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the NH Bar Foundation. She has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of several non-profit agencies and has been active in local government. Attorney Gawryl is currently a Master, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Daniel Webster-Batchelder Inn of Court, a local Chapter of the American Inns of Court. It was the first Inn of Court established in the State of New Hampshire. She served as the administrator for the Webster-Batchelder Inn of Court between its inception in 1992 and 2010.Attorney Gawryl has successfully argued numerous cases in the trial courts and appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and as a result changed standards of law within this state. Joseph MacAllister

Attorney Joseph W. MacAllister graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1985 and was admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire that same year. He has been a principal of the law firm of Gawryl MacAllister & O'Connor (formerly Richards, Gawryl & MacAllister) since 1989 and has been practicing in Nashua since 1985. Attorney MacAllister's primary practice areas are personal injury, criminal law, family law, real estate law and private mediation. Attorney MacAllister has served on New Hampshire Bar Association committees, and is a member of the NH Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the NH Bar Foundation and NH Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is a mediator in civil cases, and a neutral evaluator in domestic relations cases for the New Hampshire Superior Court system. Jared O'Connor

Attorney Jared O'Connor graduated from Boston College Law School in 2003, and was admitted to practice in the New Hampshire state and federal district courts that same year. He is a partner in the firm Gawryl MacAllister & O'Connor. Attorney O'Connor's primary practice areas are workers compensation, appellate litigation, personal injury, and disability claims (both private ERISA-covered plans and Social Security Disability appeals).
